Paranormal activity is no stranger to the Hawaiian Islands. The legends and mysteries of these islands can be traced back two thousands years. Some legends say even further, perhaps 10,000 or more. Is Hawaii the ancient remnants of a lost and forgotten continent known as Mu? Were the original inhabitants, the Manahune, the survivors and keepers of a long lost ancient knowledge? Those questions, and more like them, are what I explore as a member of Kahuna Research Group, the Big Island's premier paranormal research organization, which I founded in 2011 with my partner Grace. Since then, we've explored nearly every allegedly haunted location on the Big Island together. Shortly after starting the group, producers for the Travel Channel contacted us and asked us if we would go in search of Pele, the Hawaiian goddess of fire. We couldn't resists the opportunity, and ever since we've been exploring the history & mystery of the Big Island. See more on Kahuna Research Group's website.
